We had stopped in after hearing the seafood and burgers were good. I got a burger while the wife got a shrimp and fish plate along with a cup of gumbo. She says it all tasted good and she enjoyed her dinner. My burger was okay but nothing to rave about. It was better than most fast food offerings though. The fries were standard and nothing special in taste it appearance. We did get an onion blossom and it came out very hot and tasty. No complaints on service.

**has a secret only locals know** I haven't tasted anything that I didn't like from here. We always get the "Loaded Shrimp Po-Boy" (that's not the actual name, but I can't remember what it is at the moment). It's kinda pricey at $13, some-odd dollars, but it's TOTALLY worth it. My husband and I can split it and still have leftovers. The fried shrimp that they use aren't little tiny things, they're bigger than a quarter and they put so many on it that you could make a whole other sandwich! **IF YOU'RE VISITING OR JUST PASSING THROUGH AND YOU DECIDE TO EAT HERE, ASK ABOUT THE SECRET MENU **

The gumbo was very good, friend catfish was good and the slaw was different but very good. The place is a converted DQ or something but they put out some good food and the gumbo is VERY good.

Went about 2 weeks ago. The fried catfish was amazing, best tasting catfish I have ever had! Wish it was a bit bigger though. The cashier was nice, and helpful! They only had 2 people working from what I could see, but the service was still good

Every time I visit my hometown I eat here! It was Memorial Day and my cousin and I didn't have any BBQs to attend so we stopped here but the were closed. The kind lady came out and stated that they decided to open. She said they were setting up and it would take 30 minutes to prepare our food. It was so hot outside so she invited us in to the dining area. We ordered and got our food and had a wonderful dining experience! The food was amazing and most of all, my cousin and I got the chance to spend time together like we did when we were younger. Thanks so much to the staff here!
